Our Governance Structure
Trusts have 3 key elements:
- Corporate Oversight
- Governance & Operational Oversight
- Education & Operations.
Whilst Members deliver Corporate Oversight and are the guardians of the Trust, the Trust Board remains legally responsible for its operation exercised through various committees, which includes Local Governing Bodies, with the day-to-day management falling to the Trust Leader. The Trust Board sets the Vision, Values and Strategy which provide the framework within which we all work whether Trustees, our committees, Governors, the Trust Leader, Heads or Staff.
