Coppice Primary Partnership publishes key governance information to support transparency and provide clear information about how the Trust is governed.
The documents available on this page include the Trust’s current governance framework, membership information, declarations of interest, attendance information and governance planning documents.
Current governance framework
CPP’s governance arrangements are set out through the Trust’s Scheme of Delegation, Guide to Governance and related governance documents.
The current approved Scheme of Delegation remains in force until any revised arrangements are formally approved by the Trust Board.
Revised governance arrangements for 2026/27, including updated Terms of Reference for the Trust Board, Finance & Audit Committee, Inclusion & Education Committee and Local Governing Bodies, are currently being considered by the Trust Board. These will be published here once approved.
Governance membership and transparency
CPP publishes information about its Members, Trustees and Local Governors, including:
- current governance membership
- relevant business and financial interests
- attendance at governance meetings for the previous academic year
- the Governance Code of Conduct
This information is reviewed and updated regularly to reflect changes in appointments, roles and declarations.
Governance planning
The Governance Calendar sets out the planned schedule of Trust Board, committee and local governance meetings for the academic year.
Data protection
The Privacy Notice for Members, Trustees and Local Governors explains how CPP collects, uses and stores personal information relating to those involved in governance.
Access to governance records
Governance meeting agendas, approved minutes and non-confidential papers are available for public inspection on request.
