Governance Transparency Statement

Coppice Primary Partnership is committed to operating with openness and transparency in its governance.

The Trust Board and Local Governing Bodies (LGBs) hold regular meetings to oversee the strategic direction, performance, and accountability of the Trust and its schools.

Minutes of these meetings are not routinely published on the Trust’s website. However, they are available on request, in line with our commitment to transparency. Please note that any confidential or sensitive information - such as matters relating to individual staff, pupils, or commercially sensitive issues - will be redacted where appropriate.

If you wish to request copies of governing board or LGB minutes, please contact the Trust via the main office or email: office@coppicepp.org.

In addition to this, the Trust publishes statutory governance information on its website, including details of members, trustees, governors, attendance, and registers of interests.
