The funding agreement is a legal contract between the academy trust and the Secretary of State. It sets out funding arrangements, obligations of both parties and the termination provisions.

At Coppice, we have adopted the master funding agreement for the trust as a whole. Each of the schools within our trust will then use the appropriate supplemental funding agreement.
