Coppice Primary Partnership

Governance

The Coppice Primary Partnership has a Members Board that delegates the running of the Multi Academy Trust to the Trustees. There are currently seven trustees and each member school has representation on this board.

To preserve the uniqueness of each school, Local Governing Bodies are also in place and these are made up of seven representatives from the school community.

Please see the attached documents which explain how governance is organised at Coppice Primary Partnership.

The documents are:

  • Guide to Governance  – this outlines the different roles and responsibilities of the 3 layers of governance.
  • CPP governance  – this provides the complete list of those involved in governance.
  • Trust Board and Member Board information – this provides statutory information on trustees and Members. Statutory information on local governors is contained on each school’s website.

The governance code of conduct is also attached below.

The Scheme of Delegation, Articles of Association and Funding Agreements may be found on the “Statutory Information” page on this website.
